A well-known beverage chain is looking for a Group HR Director.
Requirements:
- Responsible for general HR functions such as recruitment, payroll calculation, leave record update, tax filing, etc.
-Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliances
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel filing and database administration
- Collecting and communicating HR-related needs proactively from employees.
- Degree in HR Resources Management or any other related disciplines
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & MPF requirements
- Cheerful, self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized & with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese and English (Chinese word processing is necessary)
